Visual schedules you can actually put on the wall.

Build a personalized visual schedule for someone in minutes, then print it — a strip for the fridge, cut-out cards to laminate, a First / Then board, or a checklist.

VisualRoutine is a picture-based visual schedule builder for iPhone and iPad, made for the people who set routines up: parents, caregivers, educators, and support professionals — and neurodivergent adults building supports for themselves. You choose pictures the person already understands, put the steps in order, and print something usable the same minute.

Four printable formats

US Letter or A4, words on or off for picture-only schedules, black-and-white to save ink, generous margins for laminating pouches, and a real preview before anything reaches the printer.

Pictures that make sense to them

A generic pictogram works for one person; a photograph of their actual toothbrush works for another. Use your own photos or the built-in symbols, and add a short spoken prompt to any step.

Or run it on the device

Focus Mode shows one step at a time, full screen, with a big Done button, an "up next" strip, and a supporter passcode that keeps editing and exit locked while you hand the device over. It's there when you want it — but the printed schedule is the point.

Private by design

Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, and no network connection of any kind — the app works identically in airplane mode. No ads, no tracking, and no data collected about you or the people you support.

One purchase

$4.99. No subscription and no in-app purchases.

What it isn't

VisualRoutine is a productivity and general-wellness tool for making visual supports. It is not a medical product, not a behaviour-tracking system, and it makes no therapeutic claims.
