Please read these Terms before using Visual Routine Builder. By using the app, you agree to them.
Visual Routine Builder is a productivity and organization app for creating and printing picture schedules, cards, boards, and checklists. You can also view a schedule on the device, move through its steps at your own pace, and configure optional break timers. Adults can make schedules for themselves or for someone they support.
Visual Routine Builder is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical,
behavioral, or therapeutic services. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
condition, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or care. Nothing in the app
should be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or
behavioral questions.
The account holder must be an adult (18+). An adult may set up and use the app on behalf of
another person they support. The app is not directed to children and is not offered in the
App Store "Kids" category.
You own the routines, photos, and voice recordings you create. They stay on your device;
the app has no cloud sync and no server. You are responsible for the content
you add and for having the right to use any photos or recordings you import.
Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to reverse‑engineer, disrupt, or misuse
it, or use it to harm others.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after
an update means you accept the revised Terms.
